Last updated: 31 October 2026

This policy explains how we process personal data when you visit ai.daaops.com or contact us by phone or email. It follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. In short

3. Visiting the website (hosting, CDN, server logs)

The website is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Cloudflare provides DNS, hosting via Cloudflare Pages, a content delivery network and attack protection. When you visit, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, page requested, referrer URL, browser and system information (user agent) and language settings.

Cloudflare acts as our processor under a Data Processing Addendum.

4. Contacting us by email or phone

When you email or call us, we process the information you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, company and the content of your request.

Please do not send us sensitive data (e.g. health data) by email.

5. Fonts

We use the "Inter" typeface. It is stored on and loaded from our own web space. No connection is made to Google or any other font provider.

6. Enquiry form

When you submit the “Request an intro call” form, we send your details (first name, last name, email, phone number, company, company size and, optionally, source and message) to us by email.

A hidden field helps protect against automated spam submissions.

7. Cookies and consent

Necessary: we store your cookie choice in your browser’s local storage (key “daaops-consent-v1”) so the notice does not appear on every visit. Legal basis: legitimate interest / technical necessity.

Marketing (only with consent): Google Ads conversion measurement by Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC (USA). It shows us whether an enquiry came from one of our ads. Cookies may be set and data such as IP address, time and ad click may be transferred to Google, including in the USA. We use no remarketing and no personalised advertising. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Without your consent, Google Ads is not loaded.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. The currency switcher and the calculator next to the prices work only in your browser; these entries are neither transmitted nor stored.

8. Recipients and international transfers

We share personal data only with the service providers named above (Cloudflare, Resend, email and phone providers and, only with consent, Google), and with authorities where we are legally required to. We do not sell data.

Data may be transferred to the USA (Cloudflare, Resend, Google; Namecheap) and to other countries where Cloudflare operates data centres.
- Cloudflare is certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. The Swiss Federal Council has recognised certified US companies as providing adequate protection (in force since 15 September 2024). For the EU, the European Commission's adequacy decision applies.
- In addition, and for countries without adequate protection, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (with Swiss adaptations), which are part of Cloudflare's Data Processing Addendum. The controller itself is based in the USA. For Resend, we rely on its data processing agreement with Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. Your rights

Within the limits of applicable law, you have the right to:
- access your personal data,
- rectification of inaccurate data,
- erasure,
- restriction of processing,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- data portability,
- withdraw any consent at any time, with effect for the future.

To exercise these rights, email info@daaops.com. We may ask for proof of identity.

You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Switzerland, that is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC, www.edoeb.admin.ch). In the EU, it is the data protection authority where you live or work.

10. Automated decisions

This website makes no automated individual decisions and does no profiling.

11. Security

The website is served over encrypted connections only (HTTPS). We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

12. Changes

We update this policy when the website or our processing changes. The version published here applies.
